☕ 14 Days for Store Credit
Our return window is 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If it’s not love at first try-on, just reach out to us within two weeks to initiate your return. Please note: All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
📦 Eligibility & Requirements
To be eligible for store credit, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains/odors

Original tags attached
-
In original packaging (along with your order number or packing slip)
📧 How to Start Your Return
Email us at info@authenticityboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Once approved, we’ll send over step-by-step return instructions.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your final store credit amount (or paid when creating your shipping label).

Important: Please do not send packages back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will be returned to sender!

💰 Store Credit Processing
Once your item arrives and passes quick inspection, your store credit will be issued via digital gift card directly to your email address within 1-2 business days. You can use it right away on your next find!
